EcoSmooth™ OptiTouch is an aqueous polyolefin dispersion
which acts as a sensory enabler and also delivers specific
optical effects, due to the particle characteristics of the
polyolefin we use in its formulation.
The fine, round, uniform polyolefin particles (1-2.5µm) enhance
the sensorial properties of skin care formulations, providing a
velvety, non-sticky after-feel.
In addition, the smooth, round particles fill small imperfections
on the skin surface: this action, combined with the high
refractive index of the polyolefin particles (around 1.5) - enable
efficient light reflection, resulting in a superior soft focus,
blurring effect whilst not altering the natural skin tone.
